I was just wondering how other athletes felt about this on your tempo day…
monday -longer speed…
Tuesdays I do a fartlick on the eliptical
2min high resistance and 1 minutes low resistance fast… 3 min wup and 3 min cdwn.=30 mins…
wednesday sorter speed
thursday - 30mins ligh cardio on eliptical
friday off
saturday blocks

what is your opions on doing my tempo… loosening up on the eliptical trainer? I am a short distance sprinter
