I’ve been the victim of many years of basketball and ankle sprains which have left my ankles severely immobile. A while ago I consulted a professional on the issue, he prescribed 2 minutes a day of stretching the calves by standing against the wall with feet at a decline. This worked for a while, and I saw increases in vj from it, don’t know what it did to my speed(Just moved to a new country>no timing yet). Now the mobility increases seem to have stopped from this method. I still have poor ankle mobility, how should I try to fix this? Do I need to fix this?
