ALA - (Alpha Lipoic Acid)

ALA increases your muscles uptake of glycogen (stable insulin level)… it will help enhance the efficiency of taking up protein, carbohydrates, creatine, amino acids, etc.

try to use R-ALA if you’re going to use it. also, its best to take with meals where you are consuming 30g of carbs and over. try to get 100mg of ALA for every 30g of carbs.

yes i believe its very effective if taken throughout the day with your carbs. also a very good antioxidant.
