About To Run Track

i am 5’8 160-65 , 240 bench 370 squat an 215 power clean i was wondering if there was any tips on running faster times or what not an how shud i do my weight training cuz i play football 2 an im pretty fast run like a mid to low 4.6 , what lift shud i primarialy focus on like power or hang clean or squat an deadlift i am a jr an i hope i can comeon the football feild with sum blazing speed. can yous tell me which lifts i need to get my weight up in.
