Does anyone know if the training of a indoorguy who is specific 60m-runner differs from a 100m-runners trainingprogram?
Or is it just that some guys are made for 60m? :mrt:
The most obvious difference is that you wouldn’t really need to worry about any speed endurance training.

Yeah the endurance training would be different if they are a 60 specialist.
I expect to run a heap better this season at 60 than 100. No endurance or fitness, speed isn’t to bad for me or local level.
