this is what don beebe says to do it is to put your strong or “jumping leg” on the line and put your other hand lined up with your front leg on the line. Put your other foot back about 2 feet. lean foward to the point where you feel like you are about to fall over then go. try to stay low for the first 5-10 yards and take short quick steps. your best 40 times are when you feel like your are speeding up though the line. don beebe has run a 4.21 and my self have run low 4.4 my jr.year
