Posterior heel is still sore.

I took Monday off because my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Looking to get on track with a normal schedule this week.

Over the 8 week GPP, I was able to drop 10lbs+ and 3inches+ off my waist - 1 more inch to go. My girlfriend was able to go from 133 to 119 - her goal is 110-115. We haven’t notice any major decreases in strength numbers, not sure how accurate this is since we haven’t lifted any heavy weights. Going into week 3 of spp I feel my strength/weight ratio numbers are decent.

How many weeks in your planned Spp again?
Did you feel smashed after them 10 x 200m or not till the next day?

SPP1: 12-16 weeks.

The 10x200 aren’t an issue at all, I let the day before and the day after decide the pace of the runs. After all the tempo is chicken soup/supporting means to the high intensity days.

I also have to give credit to my general fitness development because I am handling the tempo runs and bike workouts without any issues at all.
