10m off blocks

That was very helpful ! thank you ! saved and printed…

about the block settings you mentioned, this is what i used in my first video and everybody here told me to take it back more so now its 2 feet and 2 fingers for the first and 3 feet and 2-3 fingers for the rear one… but I think putting the back leg up on the block will help alot, so thanks for that tip.

what do ou mean " I’m not one of those criticising you, but you got some of the block stuff from me" im sorry i dont have such a great english

Post another 30 meter clip when you get a chance. The main problems I noticed were most noticeable about 10-20 meters in.

what problem exactly though ?

I ran 11.2 last year with two bad knees two bad ankles a bad hamstring. After about a 9 year layoff. I was so embarrassed I entered my name as Ned Sneebly.

WHICH I TOLD THE WHOLE FORUM.

This one?

http://www.directathletics.com/athletes/track/1366168.html

http://www.flashresults.com/1999_Meets/indoor/m-ikon.htm

22.31 indoors.

http://www.bu.edu/track/Indoor/Terrier/01TerrierResults.htm

6.58 indoors.

Notice these times are almost ten year olds. After a certain period of time they dont keep them on record anymore.

ILL SCAN MY NATIONAL SCHOLASTIC ENTRY IN HIGH SCHOOL.

ALONG WITH MY STATE RANKING IN HS.

Then Ill call the rest of the meets and see if they have any of my faster times on file.

Good day gentlemen.

I told the forum after about 10,000 injections of prolotherapy I ran 11.7 11.5 11.2.

That race had a -2.9 wind in it by the way.

6.58 when you were 21-22 talking crap on a guy who ran 6.67 when he is 28 and works full time and coaches as well. Right.

MY PR is 6.35 you idiot.

From when? Where?

You run 6.8 now at 30 and Mort runs 6.6 and is less than 2 years younger than you.

Ill find and post it.

I ran that the first meet back. Combest ran 7.27his first meet back. Technically according to ten different doctors it should be impossilbe for me to run right now.

GO see the prolotherapy threads.

(Im done here)
