100% speed work and heavy lifting

So Im doing workouts like…

3x10m
2x4x60m

or something like…

3x30m
2x3x60m

Then doing plyometrics after (20-25 contacts).

Anyway my question is…is it too great a CNS load to be doing heavy squats, cleans, bench press, possibly deadlifts (usually RDLs) after? If im squatting 2x body weight and doing similarly heavy lifts after a 100% speed session, any bad part/s to this? Just asking this due to something I read about CF lowering the intensity or weights or speed or something when doing both for less CNS competition or something like that.

read CFTS. If you lift after speed, you’ll have a pretty good idea what you can handle with the lifts
